I am more than concerned about nuclear safety in this Province and need the Provincial government to come up with a better safety plan than the current one so that I and my family and every other Ontarian) can rest assure that there will be no nuclear disaster that will wipe out all life. the situation in japan is still unstable as it has been since it's destruction in 2011. we have to be prepared for anything and acting like it won't happen is totally unrealistic and irresponsible . Lire davantage

No nuclear radiation is safe. 2/3 of wild species are now extinct. The last l/3 are rapidly disappearing. We may have only 50 years before they are all gone. Then it's humanity gone. People and planet over profits. [Original Comment ID: 210478]

The people of Ontario expect their government to have plans in place that will protect them in the event of nuclear disaster. The vulnerable such as children and the elderly need special plans to get them to safety which are not in current plans. Lire davantage

It has recently come to my attention that Ontario's emergency preparedness for nuclear accidents is inadequate to the needs of good public safety. With respect to nuclear accidents, I am strongly in favour of preparing for the worst - and that includes the levels of Fukushima-like accidents. Lire davantage
