I want the Ontario government to ensure Ontario residents have the right to clean air and water and for Ontario to end subsidies and handouts for fossil fuel companies and redirect this money to clean energy solutions. We must change this mindset that carbon base energy is our best option. Lire davantage

I do not agree with them cancellation of cap and trade within Ontario. Especially since there has been no alternative plan set in place. The cancellation of cap and trade had wasted an incredible amount of time and money, as well as further drives the already at risk climate further into collapse.

I respect this government's right to disagree with the specifics of their predecessors' climate change strategy. But to have no strategy at all is negligent and, despite the politics surrounding this issue, un-conservative. Lire davantage

I want Ontario to put a price on pollution, making polluters pay for their emissions and returning the revenues to the pockets of Ontarians so they can lower their carbon footprint. Lire davantage

Climate change is NOT a partisan issue; it's a humanitarian, global issue that affects us all regardless of political beliefs, religious beliefs, personal financial status, where we live, etc. It's time for Doug Ford and his government to stop playing politics with our future: Lire davantage

Attempting to eliminate the already too-low price on carbon is morally reprehensible. There is no way to reduce the province's carbon emissions without significantly increasing the price on carbon—and reducing the province's carbon emissions ought to be the government's top priority.

Never have I been more disappointed in my conservative colleagues, than this misguided action. Ontario needs a real plan that puts a price on carbon. Since when do conservatives reject a market approach? Shame. Lire davantage

Don't take us backwards and destroy the environment for the sake of "putting a few dollars back in our pockets". The carbon tax may not be a great plan, but its the best we have at the moment and its far better than what you are planning. Lire davantage

I am concerned about reversing any progress we have made in Ontario on Environment and our support of Canada’s commitments to global accords. Specifically, I want a real climate change plan to reduce emissions, help people save energy and create jobs in the $26 trillion clean economy. Lire davantage
