I am against natural gas expansion and any expansion of fossil fuel use in general. Renewable energy technologies are available such as geothermal, solar, and wind energy and others together with energy storage. Lire davantage

Our government should be looking towards supporting environmentally friendly, sustainable energy production, not expanding sources of pollution in a pollution saturated world. Money isn't everything. Lire davantage

I disagree with this proposal. Ontario does not need to fund further natural gas development. Instead, we should be spending our resources into developing and initiating a plan for more renewable resources such as solar and wind to mitigate climate change. Lire davantage

I support the extension of natural gas to more communities in Ontario, and the expansion of RNG to Help supply additional gas. Affordable and efficient, natural gas is also more affordable than propane, oil, and electricity.

I do not have access to natural gas and use propane which is inconvenient and not reliable. I would support a program to expand the availability of natural gas to consumers to get people off oil which I was forced to do by my insurance company...I did not have natural gas as an alternative.

Natural gas is not a solution for climate change; it is a bad idea for the climate. It is a fossil fuel and also, methane is released with drilling, extraction and transportation. Methane traps many more times the amount of heat as CO2. Lire davantage

I would appreciate having the opportunity to use natural gas to heat our home. Oil & propane are too expensive for us & I'm getting too old to continue cutting & burning wood. The sooner the better.

Fracked natural gas has greatly increased fugitive methane emissions in North America. We now know that methane is 105 times as powerful a greenhouse gas as carbon dioxide while both gases are in the atmosphere. Lire davantage
