In my opinion, i think that The Growth Plan is a great idea for a place with an increasing population, as it would create more jobs and attractions but it wouldn’t help the place to be a clean and healthy environment.

The land has been designated and zoned Rural for over 20 years
February of 2018 without any notice it was designated prime agricultural
This makes no sense
The Ministry of Agriculture and Food took soil samples back in 1995 and deemed the soil
