I'm very concerned that this will greatly harm small business revenues. Bike lanes are consistently great for businesses in busy areas.
I'm also concerned that this is an overreach on the part of the province. Things like bike lanes succeed or fail on local conditions, not provincial conditions, and there is no convincing reason provided to think that the province will be more accurate in these decisions than the municipalities that currently make them.
