This is the worst laid out proposal
for a bill I have read. Coming from the military I’m pretty used to having to understand the lowest common denominator but this is straight up trying to divide by zero.
Bike lanes have consistently shown to reduce traffic yet you want to waste tax payer money ripping them out while actively making traffic worse.
