Dear Premier Ford,

I am deeply concerned about your government’s plan to weaken protections for Ontario’s endangered species in the name of speeding up infrastructure projects.

Over 230 species in our province are already at risk. These plants and animals are part of what makes Ontario special — and once they’re gone, we can’t bring them back.

I urge you to reverse course. Protect Ontario’s wildlife. Invest in sustainable development and skilled workers who can get the job done without sacrificing our environment.

We can build a better Ontario without putting our natural heritage on the line.
