This has dragged on long enough. The area had a housing complex for years with no issues to CN. There is no reason they should be interfering with this development. It's ridiculous and has taken way too long! Start building and re-vitalizing the area. The new development will be a definite improvement over the eyesore the area has become. The rail yard has been there a long time and people will have to accept that, if/when they move into the area it will always be a fixture there! That's just life!
