This absolutely needs to happen. These homes are desperately needed and it is galling to know how long they have sat empty and deteriorating while far too many people are homeless and harassed.
CN dragging their feet while the property was occupied for such a long time under the same circumstances makes no sense at all. Everyone deserves a home.
