We desperately need dense, affordable, and attainable housing, especially near transit. The low density neighbourhood surrounding west harbour go station is poor land use as well as exclusionary zoning. The Jamesvikke redevelopment still lacks in density for the area, but it is a step in the right direction. Please allow this housing to be built
