This rebuild has been stagnant for 10 years. Hamilton has an affordable housing crisis, homelessness crisis and this development is crucial. There is a whole community that is and has lived with CN rail in their backyard for decades. Why is the government not listening to the community that has lived with the eyesore of boarded up housing at the Jamestown location.
Please make the best decision and allow the rebuilding of Jamestown as soon as possible.
