Do not change the current regulation. Underground water is not an infinite ressource, far from it. How will you know how much water is left in a specific water table if you don't keep track of who is removing the water and how much? Water bottling vs farming is much different in terms of water leaving the ecosystem for good. We need more oversight, not less. This government needs to stop ignoring the science.
