I have a really bad feeling that once this is handed over to the town that this is going to cost taxpayers more money. This town has spent money like it's candy. I'm sure their going to build on that land just so the developers can give cash back to the mayor. I've lived here 8 years the town has been given over 3.5 million dollars from casino and nothing to show for it other then a walk in clinic which should be paid by the provincial government instead of using those funds and taxpayers money as well I thought retiring here was my last destination it's starting to look like I'm gonna have to move.
