I am in full support of this proposal as long as it is airtight about beaches remaining accessible to ALL the public forever. In my mind that also means no adjacent development that makes it hard for all locals and tourists to reach the beach. I live at Allenwood and see the great job the town is doing this year to maintain and improve this beach - far exceeds anything we have seen in many, many years. The details will have to be developed by the town as part of the master plan obviously but I hope the tip of Beach 1 at the river mouth is not over developed.
Very pleased about The Nancy being reclassified by the way. It is a treasure ignored for far too long.
