As both a hunter and angler in Ontario, I wholeheartedly support the proposal to put the cormorants on the hunting list. Tourism has suffered as a result of the dramatic decline in game fish populations with the cormorants return to our lake in Northern Ontario about 20 yrs ago. The provincial gov't should actually be keeping them in check, but if they want to leave it up to the hunters, then so be it.
