I would like to know what steps the Province is taking to mitigate the short-term damage to at risk animals such as the piping plover. I am increasingly distraught by the province's attack on regulations intended on preserving what is beautiful about our country under the guise of economic development. Development and environmental protections are not mutually exclusive, if only we take the time to gather knowledge and plan accordingly.
