This proposal is, likely deliberately, very short on details. My assumption is that the purpose is to construct buildings inside the provincial park. Again, a proposal that destroys the natural beauty of the province is presented as an "enhancement". The present government is in the process of removing all checks and balances for the construction industry in the process of enriching the Premiers friends.
I am leaving this comment anonymously as we have seen from what is happening south of our border in terms of consequences for dissenters.
