One way to help boost tourism would be to allow Airbnb to operate in Wasaga.
It is ridiculous that private cottage rentals are not allowed.
I also strongly oppose the transfer of land proposed here. We don't need more pristine land and shorelines covered in concrete. We need smarter management of the town, and to be open minded in attracting visitors who don't want to stay in a hotel or resort, which is a big proportion of younger generations.
