As an American who has left the US under the disastrous Trump administration, please do not follow in its footsteps by prioritizing capital gains over the beauty and integrity of the Canadian landscape. This will not benefit anyone but real estate developers who will continue to charge exorbitant prices for people just to live in tiny spaces, now occupying a space that it never should have. This is not what the Ontario people want, PLEASE do not continue to privatize and decimate natural spaces for monetary gains.
