This is a terrible idea. Not only will the Municipality managing these park areas mean large increase in local taxes but the last 3 councils in Wasaga Beach have been absolutely abismal of forward thinking and doing what's right for Wasaga Beach as a whole for the next generations.
I do not agree with the province abandoning the Provincial Park and leaving it in the hands of the local municipality.
