I am concerned about both the loss of public access and environmental protections to such a broad swath of Wasaga Beach Provincial Park - roughly a third of the shoreline. I also believe this sets a poor precedent with respect to the PPRCA as a whole, especially following the gutting of protections via Bill5. These spaces belong to all Ontarians, not just the Town of Wasaga. It's a step worse from leasing off waterfront access at Ontario Place.
