There is more housing need…

There is more housing need in urban areas than in cottage country. Limit AirBNBs or increase tax significantly on them , as they are not permanent homes by housing rich strangers 1or 2 nights who already have a home. These renters do not contribute long term to a community. These homes are needed for the dire housing shot.

Provincial Parks are not to be used for wealthy developers. They can build in their city where they work. Let’s focus on one house per person . Only the wealthy can afford the big cottages or 3 or 4th homes in that area as that isn’t where the need is or where the workers of Ontario need them. Think smarter & get some intelligent input , not just money in your pockets.
