I do not want any land transfer to happen that will allow all of beach one and two to be developed into condos. The current development has already drastically downsized parking available to visitors and residents including those with accessibility issues. Access to beach will also be limited as condo owners will not want a steady stream of visitors walking through “their” property. I live near beach one and bought there with the knowledge that I was surrounded by provincial park and that gem would always be there for my family to enjoy. We need more protected areas not fewer. We will never get that land back.
