This proposal to transfer lands out of the Wasaga provincial park and to the township is a terrible idea. It endangers the piping plovers habitat, which is already at risk.
I do not agree with this idea at all. We need to keep these lands with the park to be preserved for the enjoyment of future generations, and for the benefit of the ecosystem.
