This is a terrible idea. We need more lands that are protected from development, not less.
There are habitats that are unique to that area, not to mention the erosion and severe weather protections of the sand dunes that would undoubtedly be removed.
There is also the access issue. Most people can afford to stay the night at a provincial park. This is not the case for hotels and motels even that would be developed there.
Be more creative in your plans to stimulate business growth in this area. Be a steward of the environment and think of your grandchildren's children. Don't you want something to be left for them?
