I do not agree with giving…

I do not agree with giving up any part of the Provincial Park to the town .
I do not live in Wasaga however I visit the Provincial Park each summer.
I appreciate the natural environment inside the Park and choose to buy Provincial Park Passes each year to be able to experience all the Park has to offer. It is peaceful in the park unlike the public section that I observed to be left with all kinds of garbage strewn about. No respect for the natural environment, just left to be a big garbage pail.
I understand that the town would like to bring more business to the community but sacrificing the Park is not the way to do it
For many, Wasaga Provincial Park is the key deciding factor in choosing to spend time each year in Wasaga.
Allowing this to happen to Wasaga Provincial Park sets a precedent for other Provincial Parks to lose pieces and to be developed losing precious pieces of our protected areas and leaving the natural environment to be destroyed.
What will be left of our beautiful parks if this happens. As with all things it will not be the beauty that it once was once when it is trampled on and left for enjoyment of those who do not respect nature at its finest.
Please don't give up any pieces of our Parks for the enjoyment of those who don't understand and respect our land.
