This is so wrong on so many levels. The beaches, the water, our parks belong to the people and should be left as so. Developing land to the whims of Doug Ford and the greed of corporations while destroying our valuable resources and environments, solely for corporate gain and for those who can afford million dollar condos, spas and shops is a true crime.
It's time to say NO and for our government to take a strong stand to protect these valuable resources for the people of Ontario. We have already seen what destruction has been done to Ontario Place and the Science Centre. Do we let every free, healthy and beautiful area for all families of all income levels to enjoy and grow up with, as has been the case for countless generations of Ontarians, disappear so only those with money can we enjoy our beaches? Hasn't privatization in Ontario gone far enough?
