Honestly, this is a terrible idea!

We do not need more development in provincial parks, WE NEED MORE PROVINCIAL PARKS!
People who can’t afford property in this proposed development CAN afford to go camping.
First we took away Ontario Place from the “common folks” and made it a haven for the wealthy with the mega spa, and now you want to do the same with Ontario’s most beautiful beach?
The fact that I can afford the spa, and to buy one of these developed properties, only serves to underline the fact that my request isn’t based on self interest, but in the firm belief that our public spaces need to be accessible by everyone one, not the privileged few.
Environmentally, it is an even worse idea! We have got to start caring about the health of our planet, or we are all doomed, rich and poor alike.
Please stop letting money and power lead your decision making, and start asking “Is this good for the people, all people?” “Is this going to help our planet return to a healthy state of equilibrium?”
