The request for an MZO (Ministers Zoning Order) is, in the case of the Jamesville area in Hamilton, Ontario is absolutely appropriate. This area has been an eyesore for many years now. The property is sitting there, unable to be used, preventing sorely needed affordable housing from being built. The Ontario government needs to step in to end the abuse of the bureaucratic process by CN Rain and get things moving. There were houses there before, and there should be houses there again.
