I absolutely do not agree with the proposal to sell 60% of Wasaga Beach Provincial Park’s Beachfront. Selling off provincial parks that are sites of community gathering as well as much needed safe havens for wildlife and ecosystems is completely against the well being of all humans and wildlife in this area.
Instead, we should work towards (and put our funding/resources towards) further green spaces and rewilding projects that support and respect the plant matter and animals we share space with.
