I would like to ask that the entire area be left with Ontario Parks and that Ontario Parks be funded to manage that beach to the satisfaction of both the environment and the tourists. They have done this for many years. Perhaps not to the town's satisfaction, but that is why I worry that the town will NOT manage the beach for both tourists and the environment). The town has good intentions, but doesn't have the resources. Ontario Parks does (or did).
