I'm tired of our governments…

I'm tired of our governments at all levels breaking laws when they find them inconvenient. If these laws/rules/processes shouldn't apply then change them for everyone; do not just make exceptions for the government. CN has a right to o ject and should be heard.

Our Ward 2 Counselor caused further delays to this process which would I believe already been heard by the OMB by making an altered proposal to CN which he should have known they wouldn't accept and causing the scheduled hearing to be pushed back. Now the Municipal go ornament is trying to bypass the process.
I agree that there is an affordable housing crisis but I don't think you break the rules to fix a crisis you created and then claim victory.
I belive Toronto airport is an example of why CN has a right to object. Flights not allowed to land after 1am because of developments that went in long after the airport was there.
