As a life long resident and property owner in New Wasaga Beach (even before it was renamed) I am very concerned that the town could restrict my access to 'my' beach by selling it off and making it private property. That be devastating to the property owners in New Wasaga and Allenwood. If there is no guarantee this could not happen, I am against this proposal.
