Absolutely not. Keeping in mind the considerations for environmental impact and the need to preserve provincial park land. Wasaga does not have the infrastructure to manage the influx of people into this area - considering the health, emergency services, education needs, maintenance issues etc.
All the existing services and the current residents would be negatively impacted.
