The project of redesign and development must start immediately. The current situation is an eyesore, an embarrassment and should be remedied long long time ago. Given that there are houses closer to the tracks than this developmentment I am at a loss on why the situation has gone on as long as it has !!! Give Hamilton dignity and let us house people .
There are so many other sites that could be developed too... the old Rosslyn RH atvtge delta., the old blackadaar lodge in dundas... empty abandoned buildings that could provide supportive or affordable housing. Get A MOVE ON!
