Terrible idea that compromises i) ecological health and goes against recently set environmental protection goals, ii) human safety from ever increasing natural disasers and weather events, and iii) local tourism, given that Wasaga Beach is the most visited provincial park.
Stop regressing and DO BETTER.
As executive director of Environmental Defence, Tim Gray has said: “Provincial parks are meant to be protected and managed to maintain their ecological integrity, and they’re dedicated to the people of Ontario.”.
