We should ABSOLUTELY not be amending laws so that provincially owned/governed parks can be sold to private developers. As someone who lives in a beach area adjacent to Wasaga I’ve seen first hand the discord and ugliness caused when beaches are privately owned and the public is restricted from enjoying those natural resources. Please keep these spaces public and don’t change the laws so capitalist politicians can sell them off. It’s not right and it’s not in the best interests of the community.
