The Georgian Bay and Lake…

Commentaire

The Georgian Bay and Lake Huron are both already stressed enough as it is. With constant development around the lake, wildlife and marine life have all taken a hit. For a province that prides itself on its 340 provincial parks, it's time the government recognized their ecological importance. Multiple studies from various institutions across Canada have pointed out the growing stresses exerted on the Great Lakes due to anthropogenic activities, especially in Southern Ontario.
It's time we stop the commercialization of our parks and begin promoting them as protected ecological areas.
