I support the restoration of Nancy Island and the promotion of it as an important event in Canada’s history. Without this historic event we might now be the 51st state.
Preserving and protecting the beach is a priority. But I feel it is of utmost importance to ensure that no part can be utilized for commercial, industrial or residential use in the future. If and when the lands are transferred to the Town I would like to know how we are going to maintain this status.
