I reject the idea, it is already a good tourist area, it does not need more, the people who live here deserve to not have the town over run by tourist, the beach already gets over crowded as is, this is not only the longest fresh water beach in Canada but in fact is the WORLDS longest fresh water beach!, it gets enough tourist as is, and the beach needs to be left alone, it’s already becoming a crowded area, it doesn’t need more congestion and tourism, it has been this way for years and there was nothing wrong with it “if it’s not broken then don’t fix it” already removing the shops on the board walk was a bad idea, leave the beaches alone!
