Please change your mind about transferring a very large part of Wasaga Beach. Ontario has very few nice beaches like Wasaga Beach that are accessible to most Ontarians who cannot afford a cottage. Also, the beach is important habitat for Piping Plovers that are endangered in Ontario. Wasaga Beach is an important PROVINCIAL resource. Its future should not be determined by a municipality. Its future should be determined by the Province of Ontario on behalf of all Ontarians.
