While developing tourism at Wasaga Beach, I urge you to safeguard the ground-nesting piping plovers. Piping plovers are already birds at risk.
Their loss would be too high a cost to pay in the long run for humanity and the planet. The natural habitat of so many animals, birds, insects, etc, is disappearing at an alarming rate.
Thank you for your attention to this mater, and I hope you can find away to help tourism that is not at the peril of these precious birds.
