Regarding "Proposed legislative amendments to the Provincial Parks and Conservation Reserves Act, 2006, and Historical Parks Act to support the Town of Wasaga Beach’s Tourism Enhancement Proposal." This proposal may not be illegal, but it might as well be. Removing any land from the current footprint of Wasaga Beach Provincial Park is a bad idea. Please scrap this proposal entirely and keep the current footprint of the park intact as is. There are many different natural heritage features protected within the current footprint of the park that are best protected under the Provincial Parks and Conservation Reserves Act.
