As an avid camper who has enjoyed years of camping at many Ontario Parks, I am strongly opposed to this privatization of public lands for private profit. These are public parks for the public to enjoy. Furthermore, you are threatening vital habitat for an endangered species, the piping plover. The town of Wasaga Beach wants to make money by exploiting and expropriating public lands and on the backs of vulnerable bird species. This must not be allowed to happen!
