As a resident of Wasaga Beach, while I support the revitalization of the downtown area, I certainly do NOT Support the idea of transferring any type of ownership of our provincial park /beach areas to the local municipality. The town of Wasaga has no business developing these proposed areas of land. This land needs to stay in control of the Province, whose goal should ultimately be to protect it, so all can enjoy it.
