I am a Wasaga Beach resident and live on the river across from the land in question. We don't support the town having access to this land as we are afraid that we will wake up to a condo on our doorstep. The town issues licenses for businesses that have absolutely no regard for the river or the people on it, so why should we believe that they will take care of any parkland!
