The current Town of Wasaga Beach council approves overcrowding of town home near the beachfront.
In addition their approved plans for beach area 1 are stacked town homes for the rich who can afford to purchase beachfront.
The main end used to be the crown jewel and they have turned it into a rich playground… not a place for the residents of Wasaga Beach. Any provincial owned beach front property that is not a park will be sold to the highest builder and will be converted to more stacked townhouses. Hideous.. just look at Allenwood and New Wasaga beach. Do not entrust the Town of Wasaga Beach with preserving this land…
