Private sale has almost always led to a net negative of those living in the affected areas. What once was a respite for many becomes a commodity to the privileged few. If there is no stopping this sale, please for the love of god make sure there are conditions on construction such that it does not obstruct the view & makes it a place for all! I hate what so many small towns have become, that are made up of droves of commercialized and/or condominium buildings that completely take away what was once a shared space. It is short sighted and greedy. Let's be better for others!
