You’re turning a nice quiet neighbourhood into a Mecca of chaos. Opening up Simcoe street west, which is going to ruin everyone’s peace and quiet. When I purchased my home in the neighbourhood in 2022, there was no mention of a 20 story building and housing over 600 people across the street. There was mention of 2 low rise buildings of mixed income on James street and townhouse condos on MacNab which I was able to live with. This is now absolutely shameful.
