I am extremely disappointed…

I am extremely disappointed in the short term vision of this legislation. We only have one planet and all of the forms of life must coexist. Each holds a special and unique place in the balance of the environment.
While I agree that additional housing and development is required, there is ample space available for redevelopment and in-fill developments to meet the needs without wanton destruction of pristine areas.
Care must be taken to develop in a sustainable and responsible manner to ensure the survival of our natural environment. This is a prerequisite for a livable future for all. It is not an obstacle to be obliterated for corporate profits.
